This Greenman and Gargoyle Fountain with Celtic Knotwork stands 12" tall, 8 1/2" wide, and 6" deep this fountain is perfect for any desk or shelf. It Includes a pump with 6' cord, the water basin is approximately 2" high, 7" ½" wide, and 4 1/2" deep.
Brilliantly sculpted Pagan Art piece made of cold-cast resin, this fountain presents a formidable display of medieval imagery. Perched on either side of the fountain's basin, two gargoyles crouch with their leathery wings folded close to their back, timeless guardians of this sacred pool, they are noble things, despite their twisted appearance, that keep evil spirits at bay. Their canine features are upturned, gazing into the face of the Greenman who appears within a brick wall, framed by an ivy and a stone circle. With a main of hair and beard made of leafy branches and vines, he presents the wizened image of a nature god, offering the invigorating renewal of spring after winter's dead months. From his mouth trickles a stream of water that the gargoyles catch in a shell-shaped bowl, with the overflow spilling to disappear into the grated basin by the guardians' feet.
